Tatiana León Gómez, is the Director of Entrepreneurship and Open Innovation at Connect Bogotá
She is a Business Administrator with a specialization in International Management from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and an MBA from IE Business School. With over 17 years dedicated to supporting innovative entrepreneurs, she has succeeded in roles ranging from entrepreneur and intrapreneur to educator, speaker, and investor.
Tatiana has directed high-impact regional entrepreneurship programs including ideation, prototyping, validation, and growth phases for notable initiatives such as Apps.Co, Springboard, Bogotá Piensa TIC, and CapitalTEC, among others.
Her pioneering efforts in fostering relationships between large corporations and entrepreneurs through open innovation programs have been widely recognized. These initiatives include Reto Bavaria, Coffee Pickinn, Fintech Challenge, Retos Ocensa, and “¿Cuál es tu propósito?” as well as the launch and growth of 100 Open Startups platform in Colombia.
Tatiana has played a crucial role in designing and launching the first corporate accelerator in Colombia and Latin America, DeltaX Ventures at the Port of Cartagena, focused on digital transformation in the foreign trade logistics chain. Most recently, she launched the Connect ClimaTech Accelerator, a multi-corporate accelerator aimed at fostering solutions for climate change.
She has been recognized as one of the top 50 transformative leaders in Bogotá by La Silla Vacía for her instrumental work bridging major companies and startups.
At the beginning of her career, she directed Ventures, a business plan competition for over four years, successfully transitioning it into a non-profit organization, highlighting her commitment to sustainable business practices and innovation in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
