As well as co-leading Tech Spain Advocates, Silvia has been at Mavens since 2009, as part of the Firm’s Corporate team, where she advises mainly on company law, mergers and acquisitions and commercial contracts.
She regularly participates in M&A and corporate restructuring transactions, including sale and purchase of companies, mergers, spin-offs and other structural reorganizations, capital increases and decreases, assignment of businesses or assets, asset restructuring and dissolutions and liquidations.
