After starting in finance and stockbroking he moved into entertainment and entertainment property.

He was one of the 4 Founding owners of Dirty Dancing, the global IP rights to the iconic movie. He was also Co-producer & global Marketing Director.

Michael was Chairman of a leading entertainment property company which operated entertainment and congress facilities in Australasia.These were award winning venues and operated for prestigious clients being Governments and City Halls.

He has been involved in numerous high-profile Government & private initiatives in the UK and Europe to stimulate the enterprise ecosystem.

He is a twice published author of The Business of Creativity (2013) and Entrepreneurs, Mavericks and Empire Builders (2019).

Currently Michael mentors, coaches and advises entrepreneurs and CEO’s from his homes in London and Sydney and this will continue online through his EdTech company The Business Unit.
