Josie Daw, a “Top 100 Technologist to Watch in 2023” by Women Who Code, works as a Full Stack Developer at Shuttle Delivery in Korea, blending her command of web and mobile technologies with a dedication to social change since 2020. She founded Constant Coding to open tech careers to underrepresented groups and organizes the annual Seoul Tech Impact hackathon for social good. Beyond tech, Josie enjoys walks with her rescue dog and volunteers her skills for non-profits, living her belief in the transformative power of technology for community empowerment.
