Clare is a seasoned Operations Director with a passion for nurturing innovation and fostering growth in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. She is a management consultant and mentor with 20 years of project and community management experience working with pre, start up and high growth potential businesses. Proud #Derrygirl Clare is passionate about tech, startups, SMEs, Social enterprise & social innovation. Her qualifications and background include Business Strategy, Sustainable Investment, Entrepreneurship & Marketing & Digital Media Comms.  She has extensive experience of managing and delivering business  & innovation support programmes to SMEs across NI. Over the last 5 years she has also designed  and managed Tech for Good pre-accelerator programme working with 35 third sector organisations (7 organisations per cohort) to collaborate with Tech companies to develop technical solutions to social challenges. Clare is past recipient of Digital DNA’s ‘Northern Ireland Business Personality of Year Award’ in recognition of outstanding track record, unique approach to innovation and for dedication to developing talent and contribution to the local economy.
