Alice Chan co-leads Tech Korea Advocates newly launched this year, building a vibrant community for tech professionals in Korea. Born in London, Alice moved to Korea in 2020 and has founded 2 companies, including a subscription box service that delivered Korean cultural experiences to over 80 countries, growing the community to 100k members and graduated from accelerator program Techstars. Since then, Alice has developed an extensive network in Korea, whilst working for Korean startups in SaaS and cosmetics to achieve global expansion, and now SocialTable, an invite-only app designed to foster meaningful connections through themed dinner events amongst expats in Seoul. She also enjoys mentoring founders with ideas, doing pilates and is a part-time maltipoo dog mum.
