As the founder of Touristly (later Vidi), I led the company to a successful acquisition by AirAsia in 2017. I’ve served in various roles within the AirAsia group, developing travel3Sixty, BigLife, and as the Founding Director and COO of AirAsia Superapp.
Currently, as a General Partner at ScaleUp Malaysia, I’ve overseen the growth of numerous startups, leading to investments in 38 companies. I also co-founded Remote Ventures, a venture studio that has successfully launched and funded 5 ventures in less than 24 months.
At Gentari, I’m developing the green mobility digital ecosystem, launching innovative solutions for EV drivers and exploring collaborations in areas like EV Charging Stations, Fleet Management, Energy Management, Green lifestyle, and Carbon Credits.
Recognized as one of Asia’s most influential figures in tech entrepreneurship, I’m a regular speaker at colleges, universities, and corporate events, and a frequent contributor to various media outlets including Astro Awani, BFM89.9, Digital News Asia, The Edge, The Star, e27, TechInAsia, KrAsia and Technode Global.
